Movie Review: Day Shift

Summary

Bud was working hard to support his family. His wife and daughter didn’t get to see him very much and this was ruining his relationship. But it wasn’t his pool cleaning job that was paying the bills. In reality, he was a vampire-hunter. Yes, vampires lived among the living by applying illegal sunscreen to protect from the sun!

Killing and handing in their fangs to the bureau, Bud would get paid in cash. However, the bureau didn’t like his way of hunting, so they sent the union head to monitor Bud’s ways. All was well till things got out of hand….

Conclusion

There was a ton of action. The fight scenes were well choreographed and smooth. The storyline was very typical. This was a fun movie with lots of heavy machinery and bloodshed.

Vendor Feature: Time Escape

Escape rooms have definitely taken a hold of my imagination and creativity as I try to solve the problems. It’s nice that they actually give some clues… But, still I rarely am successful. This is such a great way to train for teamwork!

Who is Time Escape?

1) Why and when did you start your business?

I started this business in 2013. When I first played an escape room, I was hooked and loved the challenge with solving puzzles.

2) What was your background?

I majored in economics, but with a work background in event management.

3) What is special about your business?

I’ve always been hands on and wanted to elevate each escape room production to the next level. Ultimately, we are still trying to do each time.

4) Finally, what would you like to share?

In the near future, all Time Escape themes will eliminate all padlocks. Therefore, they will be fully electrical and mechanical.

My goal was to create simple and versatile jewellery with a Japanese twist while keeping the prices accessible.

Book Review: Death Mask

Summary

Mia and her son, Raphael travelled to Colorado mountains for a trip and stayed at an Airbnb that was owned by an avid art collector. Mia was thoroughly educated in art history, so she was pleased and impressed at his collection.

One day, she and her son left to purchase some daily needs. When they came back, the house was on fire and they were suspects to the murder of the owner!

What happened???

Conclusion

This was an exciting read that I had a hard time putting down! I just had to find out who killed the owner.
