Who is Red Raccoon Coffee?
1) When and why did you start your business?
Started in 2021. Wanted to bring more people into specialty coffee.
2) What is your background?
My background is in food science.
3) What is special about your products?
For us, the most interesting products would be my infused coffee line. Brandy, whisky or rum infused coffee. It is normally done using a old barrel from a distillery. However, I make mine using my own method I created.
4) What else would you like to share?
The Raccoon is based in my cat. You’ll see my cat often on the IG stories.
